G Utility is a personal tool. The only Google account that signs in is the account holder who runs it.
When you connect Google, the app requests read-only access to Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos. That data is shown back to you in the app. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Access can be removed from the Google Account permissions page.
